Eligibility Criteria
1. Malaysian.
2. Aged between 40 and 59 years old.
3. An active SOCSO contributor under the Invalidity Scheme 4. Has at least one (1) month of contribution in the current year.
5. Has at least 12 months of total contributions under the Invalidity Scheme.
